Dashboard
The planning of a vessel call involves a large number of stakeholders and generates a high amount of planning data and timestamps. HVCC aggregates this data across all operations and validates it. Through its coordinating role, HVCC optimizes the individual forecasts and shares the valid status via configurable dashboards and interfaces.
The HVCC dashboard modules include a graphical illustration of the PRISE data. These are visualized in the form of various Gantt charts, the berth planning of the terminals as well as data from previous and following ports. Environmental data (such as tide and wind), the forecasted traffic of large vessels as well as the rotation planning of feeder and barge vessels is accessible. AIS functions with automated event messages for the passage of defined waypoints are also integrated, along with other event-based and configurable notifications.
This centralized data aggregation and coordination reduces the workload for each partner. It is no longer necessary to individually derive an operational situation report. The involved partners work on a common data set (one single truth). As a result, resources and the port infrastructure are used in the most efficient way.
In cooperation with the customers, HVCC continuously improves the dashboard modules.
