Coordination Services

The HVCC offers comprehensive coordination services for vessels, from arrival in the Port of Hamburg to port rotations, handling and departure - regardless of the type of vessel. The organization is divided into two parts. The Nautical Terminal Coordination (NTC) focuses on traffic planning for large vessels, while the Feeder Logistics Center (FLC) coordinates the rotations of feeder and inland vessels. HVCC connects the various partners and their data, which benefits all involved and facilitates efficient use of the River Elbe and the Port of Hamburg. This leads to reduced emissions and lower energy consumption, thus protecting the environment.
